A different buyer question can produce a different answer shape.
Start with one product page. The response shows the unbranded shopper question selected for the first run, the direct product question, and what came back. After reading it, you can say whether the shopper question fits the product.

Use-case question
Comparison questionOne question is selected for the first run.
Constraint question
Why the first question stays visible
- You can inspect the exact wording.
- The answer can be interpreted only in relation to that wording.
- A question correction can be supplied after delivery without changing the first run.
A corrected question creates a different job. It does not erase or rewrite the original observation.
What comes back to you
- The shopper questionThe unbranded wording selected for the first run, put in full.
- The direct questionThe product asked about by name, put separately from the shopper question.
- What came backThe response to each question, and the surface it was put to.
- The dayThe date the questions were put, so the answer belongs to a day rather than to nothing.
Begin with the product
What starting the path does not touch
- A product URL is public. It is the same link a shopper opens, already visible to anyone who visits the store. Sending it touches and grants no access.
- Never asked for: app install, admin access, analytics, customer or order data, or a password, token, or connected account. There is nothing to authorise, so there is nothing to revoke.
- An email address too. Once the product page is confirmed, an address is asked for so the response has somewhere to go. What happens to both is written out under The rest of the details, further down.
- What happens: the one public page is opened, the selected question is put once, and the reply comes back with the question used, what came back, and the date. Nothing on the store is installed, connected, or changed.
- Wrong page: change the address and look again. A replacement has to be shown and confirmed before anything is put.
Start with the product, not a questionnaire
Correct the question only after seeing it
The first product is put at no charge. Once the response is in front of you, you can confirm that the shopper question fits, propose a buyer question you think is closer, or ask for a small agreed set of questions to be put to further products. Any of those is scoped separately before it happens.
A corrected question is put as its own run, against the same product page or a different one, and it comes back the same way: the wording used, what came back, and the day it was put. The first response stays exactly as it was.
Question safeguards
- The question wording is never hidden.
- The direct product check is put separately from the shopper question.
- One answer is not called representative of all buyers.
- Your corrections count as new instructions, never as retroactive facts.

Where to send a question
The product page and the email
In force from August 12, 2026.
This notice sets out what Xaydan takes in at xaydan.com, what it does with it, and what you can ask for.
What is taken in
The product-page address you enter and the email address you enter. Also the routine technical details every browser sends with a request, among them the IP address, the browser identification and the time, which are written to server logs.
The session
Opening a page and then submitting it are two halves of one request. The two endpoints set one same-domain session cookie, PHPSESSID, marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, to hold the halves together. No other cookie is set, and no advertising or profiling cookie is set anywhere on this site.
What it is for
To prepare the baseline you asked for and send it to you, to reply to anything you write, to run and protect the site, and to improve the service and the messages sent. Related messages about the service may also go out, and writing to contact@xaydan.com stops those.
Who else handles it
Suppliers handling hosting, page rendering, storage, automation, security and email delivery may process it on our behalf, and so may anyone the law obliges us to disclose it to. Your email address is not published.
How long
As long as the uses above still call for it, and as long as the law requires it to be kept.
Asking us
Write to contact@xaydan.com to ask what is held or to stop the messages. This notice can be revised, and the date at the top marks the version in force.
If paid work is refunded
In force from August 12, 2026.
Paid work from Xaydan is refundable in full for 30 days after payment. Ask by writing to contact@xaydan.com inside those 30 days, quoting the order or payment reference. Never send card numbers by email. The first baseline is prepared without payment, so nothing arises to refund on it.
What this site agrees to
In force from August 12, 2026.
These terms govern xaydan.com and any baseline prepared through it.
The service
Xaydan prepares a dated answer baseline for one public product page, tied to the question used and the day it was observed, and sends it to the email address you give. The baseline describes what was seen on that day. It carries no promise about ranking, placement, traffic, revenue or any later outcome.
Your side
That the address you submit is a public product page you are entitled to pass on, and that the site is not used for anything unlawful.
Alterations
The service may be altered or paused at any point. Questions about these terms go to contact@xaydan.com.
